Granite Details (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides countertop fabrication and related services.
2) What we collect (short answer: almost nothing)
- Contact forms / emails / calls: If you send us your name, email, phone, project details, or similar info, we use it only to respond to your inquiry.
- We do not collect or sell your personal data.
- We do not keep the input from your contact form beyond what’s needed to reply and follow up on your request.
3) How we use your information
- To contact you about your inquiry (quotes, scheduling a measure, questions).
- To provide customer support if you ask for it.
We don’t use your info for advertising, profiling, etc. No selling, no “sharing” for targeted ads, period.
4) Analytics (Vercel Analytics)
We use Vercel Analytics to understand basic site performance and traffic (e.g., page views, load times, general usage patterns). This helps us keep the site fast and working.
- Analytics do not include your contact-form message content.
- Analytics are handled by Vercel as our service provider.
